Mechatronics Notes
Polo TSI auto uses the DQ200 dry-clutch DSG with mechatronic part numbers in the 0AM 927 769 series. Mechatronic rebuild (₹55-1.25L) is preferred over OE replacement when the case + PCB are healthy. Always uses genuine VW G 052 529 A2 fluid. Mandatory ODIS basic settings (062-068) after every fluid change.

Suspension architecture: MacPherson strut front, torsion beam rear
