Mixed experience with Lexus GX Taillight Assembly replacement
I brought my Lexus GX to the workshop in Begumpet for a taillight assembly replacement after it got damaged. The service was relatively straightforward, and they quoted me ₹12,500 for the work. However, when I finally picked up my car, I noticed that the final bill was ₹15,500 without much explanation for the extra charges. Although they explained that there were additional costs for parts, I felt a bit blindsided. The taillight works perfectly now, but the experience was slightly marred by the unexpected increase in cost and average communication about the final bill as it came close to the pickup time. Although I got my car back in working order, I’m on the fence about bringing it back for future services.
