Mixed feelings about Jeep Wrangler Ball Joint Replacement
I had taken my Jeep Wrangler for a ball joint replacement at a service center near ECIL, Hyderabad, but my experience was a bit mixed. While they did diagnose the issue quickly, informing me that the ball joints were indeed worn out, I was taken aback by the final bill. Initially quoted around ₹18,000, I ended up paying ₹21,500 for the entire job including labour and new parts. It took longer than I was told, as they mentioned they were waiting for a specific part to arrive. The handling of my Jeep was much better after the replacement, but I feel like I could have received clearer communication about the delays and pricing. Overall, I’m not entirely sure if I would recommend them for future services.
