Maruti Suzuki Baleno Rear Shock Absorber Replacement
Disappointing experience with Maruti Suzuki Baleno's Shock Absorber
I took my Maruti Suzuki Baleno to this workshop in Dilsukhnagar after noticing a strange noise from the rear, which I suspected was a problem with the shock absorber. The staff initially assured me that they could handle it and quoted ₹8,500 for the replacement. Unfortunately, after the service, the same noise persisted, and I had to bring the car back. They diagnosed it again and confirmed that the job had not been done properly. This time, they charged me another ₹3,000, which was quite frustrating because my total cost ended up being ₹11,500. While I appreciated their willingness to correct it, the lack of communication and the hassle of multiple visits left me very disappointed. I expected much better for my Baleno, and I’m not sure if I would return here again.
