I took my Tata Punch to a popular workshop in Kondapur for a rear shock absorber replacement, as I was experiencing a bumpy ride. The initial diagnosis seemed thorough, and they quoted me around ₹8,000, which I thought was reasonable compared to the dealer's estimate of ₹10,500. However, after the work was completed, I noticed that the ride was still not as smooth as I expected. I had to bring the car back, and they noted that the bushings also needed replacement, which added another ₹3,500 to my bill. The total ended up being around ₹11,500, which felt a bit steep. While they were friendly, the follow-up communication could have been better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the fix, but the process could have been smoother.
