Disappointing experience with my Jaguar XJ L radiator fan repair
I took my Jaguar XJ L to this workshop for a radiator fan motor replacement after it started making unusual noises. Initially, I was hopeful after reading about their expert diagnosis, but my experience turned sour quickly. The staff quoted me ₹18,000 for the replacement, which was significantly lower than the ₹30,000 estimated at the authorized dealer. However, after the work was completed, I noticed the same loud noise returning within a few days. When I contacted them to address the issue, response times were slow and the follow-up was not great. I expected better quality work for the price I paid. While they seemed to have a knowledgeable team, the fact that the problem resurfaced so soon made me hesitant to return. I really wanted to like this workshop given its location in Hitec City, but I’m left disappointed and will likely seek another service option next time.
