Mixed Experience with Side Mirror Replacement for Jaguar XJ L
I had a mixed experience with the side mirror replacement on my Jaguar XJ L. Initially, they were great at diagnosing the issue – the mirror had shattered, likely due to a bump. They quoted ₹15,000 for a genuine part, which was fine. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed a slight rattle from the new mirror, which wasn’t there before. It was a bit frustrating to have to revisit the workshop a week later to get this fixed. The staff was apologetic and did address the issue, but the process took more time than I expected. The final bill ended up being ₹16,500 due to additional labor, which was a bit of a shock. While the repair was done adequately, I’m on the fence about returning for my next maintenance service in Kothapet, as I wasn't fully satisfied with this experience.
