Mixed Experience with My Lamborghini Urus Door Handle Replacement
I took my Lamborghini Urus to have a door handle replaced, as I noticed it was not functioning properly. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, saying that the internal mechanism was faulty. They quoted me ₹18,000 for the replacement, which seemed reasonable compared to the exorbitant prices from authorized dealers, where I was quoted around ₹25,000. However, the overall turnaround time was longer than I expected, taking nearly three days instead of the promised two. Additionally, I felt there was a slight communication gap regarding updates on the repair progress. While the work was ultimately done well and the handle is working perfectly now, I left feeling a bit uncertain about whether to return for future servicing due to the delays and minor communication issues. I appreciate their expertise, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.
