Disappointing experience with Maruti Suzuki Celerio door handle fix
I took my Maruti Suzuki Celerio to get the door handle replaced as it was malfunctioning. Initially, the staff seemed helpful, and I was quoted ₹1,200 for the replacement. However, after I returned to collect my car, I noticed that the new handle was not installed properly. In fact, it was even wobbling a bit. When I raised this issue, they tried to reassure me, but I was not satisfied with their service. I had to return back the next day to get it fixed and it turned into quite a hassle. Not only did I waste time, but I also felt that the service should have been better considering the cost. I would have expected more from a workshop that's supposed to deliver quality work.
