I took my Mercedes Benz EQC for wheel balancing at a workshop in Nagole, hoping for a smooth ride. Initially, the team was helpful in diagnosing a subtle vibration I had been feeling at higher speeds. They suggested balancing the wheels and also checked the alignment, which was slightly off. However, the process took longer than I expected—over four hours, even though I was told it would be done in two. When I picked up the car, the vibration had noticeably reduced but wasn’t completely gone, prompting me to wonder if I need to return for the adjustment again. They charged me ₹2,800, which seemed reasonable compared to a dealer’s estimate of ₹4,500, but the slight delay and incomplete fix have left me uncertain about my next visit. Overall, it was a decent job, but I might look for other options next time.
