The team quickly assessed the situation, confirming that the discs were worn out and needed immediate replacement. The cost was quoted at ₹25,000, which was fair considering the brand and quality. However, I did face a slight communication issue. I received only one follow-up call when they started the work, but after that, I had to keep checking on the status myself. The brakes function well now, but given the lack of proactive updates during the service, I'm hesitant to say I would return without a clear improvement in their communication process.
