I took my Volvo S90 for front brake discs replacement after hearing some grinding noises. Initially, the service was prompt, and they quoted me ₹25,000, which I thought was reasonable. However, upon picking up the car, I noticed a slight rattle that wasn’t there before the service. When I brought it up, the response was less than satisfactory, and they didn’t seem eager to help resolve the issue. After a couple of calls, they agreed to check it again, but I had to wait over a week for an appointment. The final bill came higher than expected as well, nearly 20% more than quoted. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would return for any further work. This experience in Begumpet did not meet my expectations.
