Mixed feelings on Citroen Basalt comprehensive service experience
I took my Citroen Basalt in for a comprehensive service at Metre Per Second in ECIL. The car was showing inconsistent behavior, particularly with the braking system, and I was hoping they would pinpoint the issue. While they did manage to fix the brake problem, which involved changing the brake pads and rotors, I had to go back for an additional fix a week later as the engine light came on again. The initial quote was around ₹15,000, but the final bill came to ₹18,500 due to some additional work needed on the exhaust system. Overall, the quality of service was decent, but I found the need for a revisit quite frustrating. I might consider going back for routine maintenance, but I’m not entirely convinced after this experience.
