Expected better from my Fiat Urban Cross comprehensive service
I took my Fiat Urban Cross in for a comprehensive service, hoping for a thorough check-up and care. The workshop diagnosed a few routine maintenance issues like oil change, filter replacements, and brake inspection. I appreciate the effort they made in cleaning the car, but I felt they missed a couple of minor issues, like the air conditioning not blowing cold enough, which I had mentioned during drop-off. The overall service cost me around ₹12,000, while the local dealer would have charged me almost ₹15,000. I'm satisfied with the savings, but I left feeling slightly let down since I had to return just a week later for the AC issue. I might consider other options next time unless they can show improvement in thoroughness.
