I took my Audi Q8 to this workshop for a high-performance AC service as I was facing cooling issues during the peak summer heat. The team quickly diagnosed that the AC compressor was malfunctioning, which was causing reduced air flow. They explained the problem clearly and offered to replace the compressor with a genuine part at a reasonable cost of ₹25,000, whereas the authorized dealer quoted me ₹35,000. The job took a bit longer than expected, but the staff kept me updated during the wait. Overall, the AC is now cooling like new and I appreciate the honest pricing. My only minor complaint would be the slight delay in service, which they communicated but could have possibly been handled better. I would still recommend them to friends and will return for future services.
