BMW X5 Taillight Assembly
Disappointing experience with BMW X5 taillight service
I took my BMW X5 to this workshop for a taillight assembly issue I was facing. They quoted me ₹8,000 for the replacement, which seemed reasonable. However, after picking up the car, I noticed the new taillight wasn't functioning as expected. Upon returning to the workshop, they informed me that there was a wiring issue they had missed in the initial inspection. This was frustrating, as I was led to believe the problem had been fully resolved. To fix the wiring, they charged me an additional ₹4,500, which came as a shock. The service felt rushed, and communication about the delay was poor. I won't be coming back again, as I expected better service for a luxury car like mine.
