Mixed experience with my Audi RS7 Long Drive Checkup
I took my Audi RS7 to a Long Drive Express Checkup at this workshop in Banjara Hills after noticing some vibrations while driving. The team performed a thorough inspection and found that the wheel alignment was off, which was likely causing the issue. They realigned the wheels and also suggested replacing the front brake pads, which had worn down. The overall service cost me ₹18,500, which was significantly less than what I was quoted by the authorized dealer, who wanted over ₹30,000 for similar work. However, despite the solid work, the communication could have been better; I had to follow up a couple of times to get updates on my car. While the repairs were satisfactory in the end, I’m on the fence about returning, as timely updates are crucial for me.
