I visited this workshop for a brake pads replacement on my Mercedes Benz EQE, located in KPHB. While the job was eventually done, I faced a few hiccups during the process. Initially, they quoted me ₹25,000 for the replacement, which I thought was reasonable. However, when I received the final bill, it had crept up to ₹30,500 without a clear explanation for the extra costs. Additionally, the turnaround took longer than expected, which required me to reschedule some plans. The brakes work fine now, and the staff was friendly, but the communication could have been better. They didn’t follow up post-service to ensure everything was okay, which left me slightly uneasy. It's tough to say if I'll return, as I expect clearer quotes and timelines from a premium service.
