Mixed Experience with Tata Curvv Comprehensive Service
I brought my Tata Curvv to the workshop for a comprehensive service as I was experiencing some unusual engine noises. While the team diagnosed the issues as a minor oil leak and some wear on the spark plugs, I found the service to be a bit underwhelming. They quoted me ₹12,000, but when I got the final bill, it turned out to be ₹15,000. I was not expecting that hike! The service itself was decent, but I had to return for a follow-up on the oil leak, which they claimed they had fixed the first time. Communication could have been smoother as well, leaving me waiting for updates. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I’m on the fence about returning.
