Mixed feelings about my Fiat Palio NV's ball joint replacement
I took my Fiat Palio NV to this workshop in Bachupally after noticing a knocking sound while turning. The mechanics diagnosed it as a worn-out ball joint, which needed urgent replacement. They quoted me ₹6,000, which seemed reasonable compared to the authorized dealer's estimate of around ₹9,000. However, I faced a bit of an issue with the turnaround time. What was promised as a same-day service turned into nearly two days, and I felt a lack of clear communication about the delay. While the replacement was eventually done, I found myself having to return for a minor adjustment because the new joint was making some noise again. It's a decent place with fair pricing, but the experience could be smoother. I'm not entirely sure if I would return without considering other options first.
