Disappointing experience with my BMW X6 radiator flushing
I took my BMW X6 to Metre Per Second for a radiator flush, as I noticed the engine temperature was creeping up. The initial diagnosis seemed thorough, and they mentioned that flushing the radiator would likely resolve the overheating issue. I was quoted around ₹5,000 for the service, which was competitive compared to the ₹10,000 I would have paid at an authorized dealer. However, after picking up my car, I noticed that the overheating persisted within just a few days. I contacted the shop, but response times were slow, and they didn't seem particularly concerned. The follow-up was lacking, and I had to return to the workshop to address the same issue, only to be told that there might be a deeper problem. In total, I ended up paying nearly ₹8,000 after another round of diagnostics. It was frustrating since I expected better service and clear communication, especially for a premium brand like BMW. Overall, I cannot say I am satisfied with the experience and likely won’t return unless I hear of significant improvements.
