I visited the workshop for a basic service on my BMW Z4, which had been due for a check-up. The team performed a standard inspection and replaced the oil filter and engine oil, which cost me around ₹10,000. While I appreciated the thorough inspection and their expertise, I had to go back a week later because I noticed a minor oil leak. They rectified it, but it took an extra day and I felt the overall communication could have been better during that time. My final bill was about 15% higher than the initial estimate, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the service was decent, but I’m unsure if I would return for future work without some reassurances about communication and pricing.
