Mixed Experience with AC Evaporator Cleaning for My Mercedes EQC
I had my Mercedes Benz EQC’s AC evaporator cleaned at this workshop, but my experience was a bit mixed. Initially, they diagnosed a foul smell coming from the AC, which I thought would be an easy fix. They quoted me ₹8,000 for the cleaning service, which I accepted, but the final bill came out to ₹9,500. The unexpected cost was disappointing, and the communication could have been better regarding the additional charges. While the AC smells fresh now, I had to return a week later because the same smell started coming back, which made me question whether the job was done thoroughly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m hesitant about returning due to the follow-up I had to make. Overall, it was okay, but there’s room for improvement.
