Disappointing Service for My BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine
I took my BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine to the workshop in Hitec City for an AC gas top-up, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. While they did manage to refill the gas, I noticed within a week that the cooling was just as weak as before. When I went back, they informed me that there was a leak and that I would need additional repairs, which would cost another ₹10,000. What was frustrating was that my initial bill was around ₹2,500, and I never anticipated this hidden issue. The follow-up was also slow, and I felt like I was in for unnecessary extra costs. I’m hesitant to return for future services unless they improve their diagnostics and communication.
