Mixed Feelings After Basic Service on My Tata Nexon EV
I chose a workshop in LB Nagar for the basic service of my Tata Nexon EV, hoping to save some money compared to the dealership. The service was okay, but I experienced some issues. They quoted me ₹5,500 initially, which felt reasonable, and the work was done in about four hours. However, I had to revisit them because the software update they promised didn't seem to be applied properly. I was told they would fix it at no additional cost, but it took another day, and I lost time. Communication was acceptable, but I wish they had been clearer about the software updates upfront. Overall, I’m on the fence about going back, as I expect quality service without needing multiple visits.
