Mixed experience with BMW X4 boot painting service
I took my BMW X4 to the workshop in Narsingi for a boot painting service after some scratches and fading had appeared. The staff was friendly and gave me a quote of ₹8,000, which seemed reasonable compared to the ₹15,000 I was quoted at the authorized dealer. However, the turnaround time was longer than promised; they told me it would be ready in two days, but I ended up waiting four days before I could pick it up. When I finally got my car back, I noticed that the paint job was decent but not perfect, with a couple of areas that didn't seem fully blended. While the price was good, the overall experience was mixed, and I feel that I might need to revisit for some touch-ups. Communication could have also been better, as I had to follow up twice for updates. I wish I could be more positive, but I’m on the fence about returning for future services.
