Mixed experience with my Maruti Suzuki S-Presso checkup
I took my Maruti Suzuki S-Presso to Metre Per Second for a Long Drive Express Checkup before a planned trip. The car was hesitating during acceleration, and I hoped they could get to the bottom of it. While they did a thorough inspection and found that the spark plugs needed replacement, which they changed out, the final bill turned out to be about ₹9,000, around 20% more than the initial estimate. I felt a bit misled since I had expected it to be around ₹7,500. Additionally, they took a little longer than promised, which added to my concerns. Overall, the service quality was decent, and the car is running smoothly now, but the small overrun and slight communication gap about the delays leave me on the fence about returning. I might consider it again but with a cautious mindset.
