I took my Audi RS7 to a workshop in Borabanda for a front strut mount replacement. The car was making a strange noise over bumps, which I assumed was suspension-related. Although the diagnosis process was thorough, it took longer than expected, and I wasn't given a clear update initially. Eventually, they replaced the strut mounts and charged me ₹22,000, which was somewhat higher than their initial estimate of ₹18,000. While the car does feel better now, I had to return for a follow-up because I noticed a lingering noise after the service. It’s frustrating to feel unresolved when you pay for premium service. Overall, I might consider giving them another shot, but I hope next time they stick to the quoted price and time.
