Average Experience with Mahindra TUV300 Basic Service
I visited the workshop for a basic service on my Mahindra TUV300 and had mixed feelings about the experience. The team identified some minor engine noises and assured me that they could handle it quickly. However, while the service itself was decent, I found out upon collecting my car that the final bill was about ₹8,500, which was almost 20% more than the initial estimate they provided. The communication about the costs could have been clearer. Overall, the service was satisfactory but there was room for improvement in keeping me informed, especially since I had to pop back in to clarify the bill details. I might consider returning if I need something simple, but I’m not sure about more complex issues.
