Mixed experience with Maruti Suzuki Celerio AC Service
I recently took my Maruti Suzuki Celerio for a high-performance AC service at a workshop in Kothapet. The issue was that the AC was not cooling effectively, which was becoming quite bothersome in this Hyderabad heat. While the diagnosis was done fairly quickly, I felt like I was given an estimate that was a bit vague. They quoted me ₹7,500 for the service, but when I went to pick up the car, the final bill came to ₹9,000. It’s not a drastic increase, but it still felt like an unexpected cost bump. The team did replace the compressor and added a new refrigerant, which did improve the AC performance significantly. However, I did have to revisit the workshop a week later as I noticed a slight noise from the AC, indicating they might have missed something. Overall, the service was decent, but I am on the fence about returning due to the extra visit required and the unclear pricing.
