Mixed feelings about my Mahindra Bolero Neo clutch cable service
I recently had to take my Mahindra Bolero Neo to get the clutch cable replaced because it was becoming increasingly difficult to shift gears. I was hopeful after reading some glowing reviews about a workshop in Sainikpuri. While the diagnosis was thorough, and they identified the issue quickly, I ended up feeling a bit let down overall. They quoted me ₹3,200 for the clutch cable replacement, but when I got the final bill, it was ₹4,000, which was a little steep compared to what I expected. The work was done promptly, but I had to revisit just a week later as I noticed that the gear shifts weren't as smooth as they should be. The team handled my concerns fairly well during the second visit, but I was left wondering about the value for money considering the slight cost creep and the need for a follow-up. Overall, the repair job was satisfactory, but I'm on the fence about going back for future services.
