I recently took my Jaguar XJR to a multi-brand workshop in Secunderabad for a ball joint replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team quickly diagnosed the issue when I explained that the steering felt loose and there was a knocking sound during cornering. They informed me that the ball joint was worn out and needed replacing, which could be a costly affair at an authorized dealer.
