Rear Bumper Replacement Done Right for My Mahindra Quanto
I took my Mahindra Quanto for a rear bumper replacement after a minor accident. The service at the Alwal workshop was generally good, but there was a slight delay in getting the parts, which pushed the completion by a day longer than initially promised. However, the team did an excellent job on the replacement. They replaced the bumper with a genuine part and charged me ₹18,000, which was much better than the dealer's estimate of ₹30,000. The only downside was that I had to follow up for updates, as I didn’t hear from them as often as I would have liked. Overall, I’m satisfied with the repair and would consider them for future services, but I hope they improve their communication.
