I recently took my BYD Dolphin for a comprehensive service at this workshop, and overall, it was a good experience. My car had some unusual noises coming from the engine, and I was concerned it might be something serious. The technicians at the workshop performed a thorough diagnosis and pinpointed the issue to a faulty alternator. They replaced it with a genuine part, which cost me around ₹18,000. I had initially thought of going to the authorized dealer, where the same service would have set me back by ₹25,000. The only downside was a slight delay in completing the service, as I had to wait for a part to arrive, but the staff kept me informed throughout.
