Mixed feelings about my Maruti Suzuki Esteem door handle repair
I took my Maruti Suzuki Esteem to Metre Per Second in Pragathi Nagar for a door handle replacement. The handle had been sticking for weeks, and after visiting another workshop with no proper solution, I hoped for better service here. They diagnosed the problem quickly, replacing the broken handle with a new one. While the service was done professionally, I felt the final bill was a bit higher than initially quoted, coming in at ₹3,200 instead of the expected ₹2,800. Furthermore, the turnaround time was longer than mentioned, taking nearly three days instead of the promised two. Although the staff was polite, the communication could have been clearer. Overall, the job was done, but I'm torn about returning as I am not sure if it was worth the extra money and time.
