Mixed Experience with Tata Xenon Manual Carbon Cleaning
I brought my Tata Xenon in for manual carbon cleaning in Tolichowki, hoping to resolve some power loss issues. While the initial diagnosis seemed thorough, I faced a few bumps along the way. The process took longer than the promised two days, as I was informed on the second day that additional cleaning was needed, and the final bill ended up being ₹8,500 instead of the quoted ₹6,500. They did fix the performance issue, but I now notice a faint rattling noise when the engine is idling, which wasn't there before. It makes me hesitant to fully recommend their services since I might need to revisit for another check-up. Overall, while they did a decent job, there were some communication gaps that left me unsure about returning.
