Mixed Experience with Tata Punch Condenser Replacement
I brought my Tata Punch to the Erragadda workshop due to a persistent issue with the AC not cooling effectively. After a quick diagnostic session, they informed me that the condenser was faulty and needed replacement. I was initially quoted ₹8,000, but the final bill ended up being around ₹9,500, which felt a bit steep given the original estimate. While the service was generally good, I had to revisit a week later because the AC still wasn't blowing cold air as expected. It turned out that the refrigerant had not been fully recharged. Aside from this hiccup, the staff was polite and knowledgeable, but the communication about follow-ups could have been better. Overall, I'm on the fence about returning for future services, as the quality and cost didn’t align perfectly.
