I brought my Porsche Taycan in for some manual transmission issues that were causing rough shifting. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with speed and expertise. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, I felt the follow-up call after the repair could have been more timely. I ended up paying ₹1,50,000, which was a bit less than the dealership's estimate of ₹1,80,000. Overall, I am pleased with the service and how willing they were to go the extra mile.
