Disappointing Steering Rack Repair Experience with BMW X1
I had to take my BMW X1 to Metre Per Second for a steering rack repair, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I'd hoped. Initially, they quoted me ₹25,000, which seemed fair for the work involved. However, upon picking up the car, I noticed an odd buzzing noise that wasn’t there before. The staff assured me it was just some residual issue, but I suspected otherwise. Communication during my follow-up was poor, and I had to call multiple times to get updates. I'm planning to return for them to address this new problem, but I expected a much better resolution the first time. Given the circumstances, I’m unsure if I will consider them for future repairs in Hitec City.
