Disappointing Experience with My Jayem Neo Fender Painting
I recently took my Jayem Neo to Metre Per Second in Kothapet for a RH fender painting. While the initial consultation was good, the actual service left me quite disappointed. They quoted me ₹4,500, which I thought was reasonable, but the job took over three days to complete, much longer than promised. When I got the car back, I noticed a slight color mismatch and a small rattle from the fender area. Additionally, the interior was not cleaned as requested, leaving a bit of overspray on the seats. I had to bring the car back in for them to address these issues, which took more time. I expected better quality control and communication for the price paid. Given my experience, I'm unsure if I would return.
