Mixed feelings about my Audi Q3 door painting service
I took my Audi Q3 to the workshop in Alwal for a much-needed LH front door paint job after a minor mishap. The staff were friendly and initially seemed very knowledgeable. They diagnosed that the paint needed a complete rework due to some scratches and fading, which was on point. However, after leaving the car for two days, I was told that the final bill would be ₹18,500 instead of the initially quoted ₹15,000, which was a bit upsetting. While the paint job itself looks decent, I noticed a few areas that weren't well blended. I had to go back and ask them to touch it up. It was convenient, but I expected a more thorough job the first time. The service was satisfactory, but the communication could have been better, especially regarding the cost and what to expect timeline-wise. Overall, it’s not a terrible experience, but I’m on the fence about returning for other services.
