I recently took my Volvo XC40 Recharge for a full body denting service as I had a few significant dents from a recent incident. While I appreciated the initial quote of ₹18,000, I was somewhat disappointed when the final bill came to ₹22,500, which was around 25% higher than I expected. The team diagnosed the problem efficiently, but it took them longer than promised to complete the work—about a week instead of the initial four days. The quality of the repair itself was quite good, and the car looks brand new now. However, the communication could have been better; I had to proactively reach out for updates. Overall, the car is fixed, but the experience left me somewhat on the fence about returning for future services.
