Disappointing Flywheel Replacement for My Volvo S60
I had high hopes when I brought my Volvo S60 to this workshop in Gachibowli for a flywheel replacement, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The initial quote was ₹25,000, but the final bill ended up being around ₹31,000, which I found quite excessive without clear explanation. Even after the job was done, the car felt off during my first drive, and I had to return for adjustments. Unfortunately, they had to redo some of the work to address a persistent issue with vibrations, which added to my frustration. The communication during this process was average, leaving me feeling uncertain about what was going on. While they did ultimately fix it, the experience has made me hesitant to return for future services.
