Mixed experience with BMW Z4 inspection in Hyderabad
I took my BMW Z4 to Metre Per Second for a routine inspection, as I was noticing some strange rattling noises. While the diagnostic process was thorough and the technicians seemed knowledgeable, I was a bit disappointed in the end. They claimed to have identified the issue with the suspension and quoted me ₹18,000 for the repairs. However, upon picking up the car, I noticed the rattling was still present. I had to return for a follow-up and they ended up fixing it but charged an additional ₹3,000, which was not expected. Overall, while the service was decent, the communication about the final cost and the need for a return visit left me a bit frustrated. Not sure if I would return again.
