I took my Lexus RZ to get the power steering checked after feeling unusual stiffness while turning. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty power steering pump. They explained everything clearly and replaced it with a high-quality component for just ₹18,000, which is much less than the ₹30,000 quoted by the authorized dealer.
