These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Metre Per Second, a brand owned and operated by MPS Automotive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or engaging with our business, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. General
- Metre Per Second provides automotive services, including but not limited to vehicle repairs, maintenance, inspections, and doorstep services.
- By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- Metre Per Second reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Booking and Service
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- Service appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by either party with prior notice.
- For doorstep services, the customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time and location.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made as per the invoice terms, either before or immediately after the service is completed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment modes.
- In case of non-payment or partial payment, Metre Per Second reserves the right to withhold the release of the vehicle until the dues are cleared.
4. Service Warranty
- Metre Per Second offers a 1-year warranty on selected parts and services.
- Warranty claims will only be honored for defects related to workmanship or material failures under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties.
- For warranty claims, customers must provide the original invoice and documentation of the service performed.
5. Genuine Spares and Parts
- Metre Per Second ensures the use of genuine spares and parts for all repairs and replacements.
- If any specific part is not available, a compatible or OEM-approved replacement will be used with the customer's consent.
6. Pickup & Drop Service
- We offer complimentary pickup and drop services within designated areas for comprehensive repairs and maintenance.
- Customers must ensure that the vehicle is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
- Metre Per Second is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during pickup and drop.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Metre Per Second shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from delays, service failures, or vehicle breakdowns beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, as stated on the invoice.
8. Customer Obligations
- Customers are required to provide accurate information about their vehicle and any known issues.
- Any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues must be disclosed at the time of service booking.
- Customers must review and confirm the work performed before accepting the vehicle after service completion.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Services canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- In case of service dissatisfaction, customers must notify Metre Per Second within 48 hours of service completion for resolution.
10. Privacy Policy
- Metre Per Second respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
- Customer data collected during bookings will only be used for service-related communication and offers.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
- In case of a disagreement, Metre Per Second will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.
12. Force Majeure
- Metre Per Second will not be liable for any delays or service failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
