Suresh Reddy is the service advisor every customer talks to before a single spanner is picked up. He is the technician who personally inspects the car on intake, writes the diagnostic plan, agrees the written estimate with the owner and tracks the job through to handover.

On the workshop floor Suresh leads the manual-gearbox and clutch bench — single-mass and dual-mass flywheel (DMF) replacements, MQ200 / MQ250 manual gearbox repairs, slave & master cylinder work — as well as engine top-end overhauls.
