About Ramesh
Ramesh Kumar is the senior transmission technician at Metre Per Second and has spent his entire 14-year career on automatic, DSG, CVT and AMT systems. He is the technician who physically opens, cleans, valves and reseals every mechatronic unit that comes through the workshop.
Ramesh trained inside the BorgWarner authorised DCT programme and is one of a handful of independent technicians in Hyderabad qualified to bench-rebuild DQ500 (wet-clutch DSG) units used in the VW Tiguan and Skoda Kodiaq. He has personally completed 2,800+ transmission jobs at MPS, including DSG mechatronic replacement, valve-body solenoid swaps, K1/K2 clutch-pack renewal, TCM adaptation resets and full ATF flush + vacuum-fill services.
