Disappointing AC Gas Top Up Experience with Nissan Terrano
I had taken my Nissan Terrano to the workshop for an AC gas top-up in Uppal. The AC was blowing warm air, and I was relieved when they assured me that it would be fixed in a short time. However, after picking up my car, I noticed that the AC was still not as cold as it should be. I took it back, and they claimed that they had done everything correctly. The total charge came to ₹3,500, which felt a bit steep for the service I received. While the staff were polite, their follow-up response was slow, and I didn't appreciate that my car was returned without being thoroughly checked. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to return for future services unless I hear more positive reviews.
