Disappointing experience with Maruti Suzuki Ciaz clutch inspection
I took my Maruti Suzuki Ciaz to this workshop in Malkajgiri for a clutch inspection, as I was experiencing some slipping and difficulty engaging gears. Initially, I was quoted around ₹5,000 for the inspection and potential repairs. However, after a few hours, they informed me that I would need a complete clutch replacement at a price of ₹15,000. I was taken aback by the sudden increase and finally went ahead, feeling pressured. Sadly, just a week later, the same issue returned, and I had to take the car back. Upon re-examination, they discovered a problem they had supposedly fixed before. Communication was lackadaisical during this ordeal, and I was left frustrated. Overall, I expected much better service for the money spent. I won't be returning for further work.
